VCA checklist
The VGM Checklist Contractors (VCA) is valuable for Dutch and Belgian companies carrying out high-risk work in high-risk environments. VCA is a multifaceted programme focusing on working safely and reducing accidents. The VGM Checklist sets out the requirements for structuring your safety policy. This puts you in a better position to control and continuously optimise relevant processes in the organisation.
Safety management system
The Improve online management system is set up with all necessary (and tailor-made for you) SCC procedures, Safety work instructions and registration forms. After a brief explanation of the SCC requirements and the operation of Improve, your employees can start working in the office or workplace:
- registering points of improvement from the Plan of Action of your (HSE) RI&E
- scheduling, carrying out and registering workplace inspections and toolbox meetings
- completing Task Risk Analyses (TRA)
- entering all company assets to be inspected in the digital inspection register
- digital training registration of your VCA, BHV and AWP diplomas, among others
- incident form and register.
